Priscilla Milligan, Accounting Manager
Priscilla has been working for NRTA since 2007.  Her
responsibilities are processing payroll, processing
insurance claims and payments, processing and tracking
school invoices and obtaining insurance authorizations.  
Priscilla has lived in Flagstaff for about 30 years.  Pricilla
is a proud mother of 4 children and grandmother to 14
grandchildren.  She is also the event planner for NRTA.  


Shannon Cosner
Owner, Business Manager
Shannon earned her B.S. in Psychology from Northern
ArizonaUniversity in 1997.  She trains the NRTA staff in
CPR and Article 9.  She is also certified in CIT and is a
Notary Public. She has been with NRTA in some capacity
since 2004. She is also a full time mom to her and Tom's
two daughters Aspen and Rowan. As of 7/1/2011 she is the
Owner/Business Manager of NRTA.

Renee Williams, Front Office Manager
Renee is a student at Coconino Community College and a
mother of four children.  She has worked at
Northland-Rural Therapy Associates since 2008 in the
front office. Among the many tasks that she handles are
answering the phones, authorizations, relaying messages
to staff, assisting with billing, and greeting clients.

Meghan Callaghan, Music Therapist
Meghan earned her bachelors of Music Therapy from
Florida State University. She has been practicing for three
years. Her past work experience includes working for
Sedona Music Therapy Services, for Further Shore Inc.
providing pre-hospice education and support, the
Cleveland Music Settlement, and the Cleveland Clinic.  
Meghan is also a certified Kindermusik Educator.  She
specializes in working with children and adults with
disabilities and autism, and with adults with chronic illness
and end-of-life care needs. She currently serves the
Flagstaff area.

Tom Cosner, Owner/Director
Tom earned his B.S. from Northern Arizona University in
Zoology and his Masters of Physical Therapy from
Western Carolina University. He has been practicing in
Northern Arizona since 1998 and specializes in Physical
Therapy with emphasis on Pediatrics and Neurological and
gait training, sensory integration, and play based therapy.  
He currently provides services in Flagstaff and its
surrounding areas. As of 7/1/2011 he is the  
Owner/Director of NRTA.
Carrie Bradshaw, Office/Therapist
Support Technician
Carrie has a Bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona
University.  She has been participating in writing classes at
CCC through the years.  She has worked in customer
service for over twelve years, and has also done some
teaching.  Carrie loves being a Mom and spending time
with her family. She also loves music, crafts and the
outdoors. Carrie enjoys working with the therapists and
employees at NRTA and feels it is a very upbeat and
positive place to work.
